The Fine Print? This is a deposit to reserve your ElectriCar Kit. This is not an offer to sell or a purchase agreement to buy an ElectriCar Kit. The price, feature list, and distribution location(s) of the Milner Motors EletriCar Kit are yet to be determined. When your reserved production slot is drawing near you will be contacted by Milner Motors with a purchase offer. If you accept this offer to purchase your reservation fee will be credited to your purchase price. Once you have a purchase offer from Milner Motors you will have 30 days to complete a mutually agreed upon purchase agreement, or your reservation will be canceled and your reservation deposit returned without interest. Your reserved production slot is non-transferable. Any attempt to assign or transfer your reservation will result in the cancellation of your reservation and a return of your reservation fee without interest.
